Born in Korea and raised in Russia, David Jeong is an emerging conductor with towering aspirations eclipsed only by his unique abilities. David is currently in his last year of doctoral studies (ABD) in orchestral conducting at Rutgers University's Mason Gross School of the Arts.

In 2014, David was invited as an Associate Conductor to join Maestro Lorin Maazel's Castleton Music Festival in Virginia, where he was acclaimed by the Maestro as a conductor with "surprising talent."
